You know how to build a story that people remember, and you’ve got the strategic chops to back it up. But it doesn’t stop there; you also know how to bring brands to life online. You understand how visual identity translates into digital spaces and have the experience to design websites that are not only beautiful, but smart, intuitive, and aligned with the brand’s core emotional-strategy. You’re ready to take the lead on bold work that makes an impact, both in the brand world and on the web.

- You have a portfolio that shows off strong branding work and web design chops. You’ve built brands, but you’ve also brought them to life online.
- You're familiar with emerging technologies, and have experience working in the tech & startup scene.
- You think in systems. Whether it’s a brand identity or a digital interface, you know how to build cohesive, scalable design languages that work across every medium.
- You’re strategic by nature. You ask the right questions, dive into research, and always design with purpose and intention.
- You’ve got taste. You know what makes something look great—and why. You’re confident in your eye but always open to pushing your perspective further.
- You’re fluent in digital. Designing for the web isn’t an afterthought—it’s second nature. You understand structure, interaction, and how to make a brand come alive online.
- You know how to tell a story. Through visuals, words, motion, layout—you know how to guide people, capture their attention, and make them feel something.
- You collaborate well. You're comfortable bouncing ideas, giving thoughtful feedback, and shaping work together as a team.
- You’re proactive. You don’t wait for instructions - you take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and take ownership of your work.
- You’re adaptable. Whether it's a startup, scale-up, or legacy brand, you can flex your style to fit the challenge while still making it yours.
- You know your way around Adobe CC, Figma, and all the usual suspects. Solid understanding of type, color, layout and how to break the rules just right. Bonus points if you’re familiar with Webflow or other no-code tools.
What you will do
- Brand Strategy: You’ll help clients figure out who they are, what they stand for, and how to show up in the world. Think positioning, tone of voice, visual direction – the whole deal.
- Visual Identity Design: Logos, color systems, type, layouts, motion. You're building complete brand systems that feel cohesive and fresh across every touchpoint.
- Web Design: You get how brands live and breathe online. You'll translate visual identities into intuitive, beautiful, and engaging websites. You know how to design for usability without sacrificing creativity.
- Creative Direction: Lead projects from kickoff to final delivery. Guide the vision, keep things on track, and bring the magic to every stage of the process.
- Client Collabs: You’re not just designing, you’re co-creating with our clients. You’ll pitch ideas, present concepts, and build real partnerships based on trust and creativity.
- Research & Insight: Dive into market research and brand audits to shape smart, relevant design solutions. Strategy isn’t an afterthought; it’s your starting point.
- Creative Exchange: You’re not just doing your own thing, you’re part of a team that loves to share, learn, and grow together.
