Brand Strategy Partner

Refokus is looking for a Brand Strategy Partner. Someone who bridges business, brand, and design. You’ll work directly with founders, marketing teams, and our creative crew to define where brands are going and how their websites get them there.

This isn’t sales. It’s strategy from day one. You’ll join early conversations with potential clients, help them see what’s possible, and turn those insights into brand and web strategies that drive real impact.

You’ll work side by side with Refokus’ co-founder to co-lead client strategy and evolve how we connect with clients and bring their brands to life. Over time, you’ll take full ownership of the strategy operation, shaping how we define, sell, and deliver world-class digital experiences.

• Join early calls with potential clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Translate those conversations into clear proposals and project directions
• Lead brand strategy sessions using our Milton framework
• Build out web strategy: structure, content hierarchy, and messaging direction
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and PMs to turn strategy into design and experience
• Collaborate with clients to refine and evolve brand and web strategies
