At Refokus, the Brand Designer takes ownership of brand projects internal and external. You will handle everything from logo design to brand guidelines and manuals, presentations and decks (from cool PDFs to animated presentations to full sales-enablement systems), social assets, and promotional material for our clients, our products, and our own agency communication.

Who you are

  • Strong in logo design, brand guidelines, and brand manuals
  • Expert at designing presentations and decks that stand out, across tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, Pitch.com, and AI-based platforms. But not just PDF, we are talking about sales enablement system that help brands tell their stories on pitch decks, sales, and more.
  • Skilled at creating social assets and promotional material for internal and client use
  • Very well versed in AI to generate brand assets and guide clients on generating on-brand visuals
  • Understand how to read strategic documents and translate them into visuals that emotionally connect with audiences
  • Client service mindset; collaborative, inspiring, and solution oriented
  • Analytical with a knack for bridging strategy and visual execution
  • Confident communicator, comfortable driving client conversations and creative discussions
  • Ready to experiment and set new standards for digital brands and web design
  • 3+ years of brand design experience with a portfolio that shows strong brand systems and modern aesthetics

What you will do

  • Take over brand design work across logos, guidelines, manuals, presentations, social assets, and promotional material for Refokus, our clients, and our products
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and manuals that are practical and inspiring
  • Design and produce presentations and decks, from static PDFs to animated and interactive formats, pushing the limits of presentation design
  • Build internal social assets and templates that keep the Refokus brand sharp
  • Use AI tools to create and help clients create on-brand assets, exploring new possibilities and workflows
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and developers to ensure consistency and quality across every touchpoint
