The expression, “you are what you eat” is one that disconnects with people, given that we aren’t exactly what we eat, but our bodies do either use or abuse what we feed it. Understanding and following proper nutrition is inevitably a primary requirement in being productive. Nutrition invariably will affect how you feel, your energy, and health; on par with an understanding of supplements – utilizing proper foods will advance one in many indirect and direct ways. Don’t risk the condition of your body just because you have a craving… unless of course, you’re pregnant 🙂
