Overview

We are growing fast, and we need someone who can help us get the right people to join our team. You will be responsible for finding people who would be an amazing fit for our values and can be extremely happy to join Refokus to make the best work of their careers.

What you'll do

You will be finding and recruiting amazing people (as we are growing fast) to join Refokus. We are constantly looking for designers and developers (specially Webflow ones) and as we grow, we have some occasionally key positions such as PMs, Marketing, etc.

Recruit amazing people!
Review and answer the applications we have.
Write and improve our job descriptions
Search in LinkedIn, forums, groups, Slack channels, and anywhere you believe you can find the people who should be working at Refokus.
Have calls with candidates to evaluate their culture fit and explain to them how amazing Refokus is.
Source and build partnerships that can help us scale our recruitment efforts.
