We’re on the lookout for an Operations Manager / Project Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us bring our internal ideas to life. You’ll be the go-to person who takes the cool ideas we come up with during our brainstorming—whether it’s a new side product, a killer marketing campaign, or a fresh way of working—and makes sure they don’t just stay ideas. Your job is to make things happen, ensuring everything is executed smoothly and effectively.

Who you are

  • You’ve got experience in operations or project management, ideally in a creative or digital agency setting.
  • You are great at understanding the whole picture with just a few pieces of the puzzle.
  • You get it, and you get it fast. We brainstorm and execute at lightning speed, and we need someone who can grasp ideas quickly and take action. You catch on quickly and know how to make things happen.
  • You’re super organized and can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can work well with all kinds of people.
  • You’re a problem-solver who loves turning ideas into reality.
  • You have a good understanding of branding, web design, development, and digital marketing.
  • You have really high standards for quality, but you don’t let perfectionism stand in the way of shipping things. You understand the right balance of “shipped is better than perfect” while ensuring that quality and experience are never compromised.
  • You are fluent/native in English.

What you will do

Capture & Prioritize Ideas:

  • Work closely with the co-founders during brainstorming sessions to turn raw ideas into actionable projects. We’re talking about internal stuff here—side products, campaigns, promotions, process improvements, and more.
  • Sort through the ideas, figure out what’s most valuable, and create a game plan for bringing them to life.

Plan & Execute Projects:

  • Turn ideas into detailed project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
  • Find and rally the right people—whether they’re on our team or external pros—to get the job done.
  • Keep the wheels turning smoothly, making sure everything stays on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Team Coordination:

  • Delegate tasks to the right people and keep everyone aligned with the project’s goals.
  • Stay on top of progress, make adjustments as needed, and keep the momentum going.
  • Run regular check-ins and updates to keep everyone in the loop and tackle any roadblocks.

Streamline Processes:

  • Set up and refine workflows, tools, and processes to keep things running efficiently.
  • Always be on the lookout for ways to make our internal projects even better.

Be the Connector:

  • Act as the bridge between the leadership team and the rest of the crew, making sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Keep the co-founders updated with progress reports so they know what’s happening, what’s working, and what needs tweaking.

Quality & Results:

  • Make sure everything we do meets the high standards we’ve set at Refokus.
  • Report back on what worked, what didn’t, and how we can do even better next time.
