Growth Assistant

We're a digital design agency on the lookout for a Growth Assistant to join our team. If you're excited by the idea of blending sales and marketing to drive growth and curious to dive deep into learning how we scale as a digital agency, this position is perfect for you! You’ll work closely with both of our Co-Founders and gain key insights into the ‘behind the scenes’ of our agency.

• You’re self-motivated with great organizational skills (you're the master of getting things done!).
• You have an eagle eye for details and believe in the importance of ensuring accuracy every single time (for you, the little things matter!).
• You have the ability to break down complex information in a way that's easy to understand, both in written and verbal form.
• You’re interested in sales, business development, digital branding design, and marketing.

Support Our Co-Founders:

• Assist with admin tasks like preparing documents and organizing sales and marketing materials.
• Set up contracts, invoices, proposals, and other key documents.
• Support us in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals, creating experiences for potential clients.
• Act as the contact point between Sales and Project Managers, ensuring a smooth transition from deal to project execution.

Sales and Marketing Integration:

• Research and identify potential clients through online hunting and social media.
• Prepare and analyze data on lead generation and market trends.
• Manage and update our CRM system to ensure client data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay in the loop with industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities (we're always one step ahead!).

Community Engagement and Content Creation:

• Assist with creating and distributing engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and fostering relationships.
• Support the team in using the Webflow CMS for updates and tasks related to the Refokus website.
