Overview

We are looking for someone to help us keep growing our portfolio of clients and creating partnerships with amazing brands. You will be able to contribute to shaping the future of our agency and have the opportunity to learn and grow in Refokus. You will work directly with our co-founder and CEO and marketing team as part of Refokus Growth Team.

What you'll do

You will be involved in the entire lead generation chain, helping with qualifying and engaging new opportunities, estimating projects, and building proposals. 

  • Review incoming leads.
  • Have calls (especially in the DACH region) with potential customers to qualify them and explain our services.
  • Create proposals and SOWs.
  • Research and connect with potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate new business opportunities.
  • Define, test and implement sale processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation.

Who you are

You have experience selling B2B services, specially creative services. You are a great communicator and a self-starter person, with a high interest in design and the digital world (especially websites). 

  • You have experience in B2B sales, specially creative services.
  • You are a great communicator.
  • You can read between the lines and understand people true needs and wants.
  • You are able to ideate solutions and execute them independently.
  • Feel confident in customer communication and presentations.
  • You are a native German speaker.
  • You are quite good with English.
